All
items that are sold will be shipped out as soon as payment is received.
If the items are paid for by check, please understand that we must wait
for 7-10 days for the check to clear before merchandise can be mailed
out. Items paid via Paypal or money order will be mailed out as soon as
possible, within 2 days. We do make a habit of shipping items out the
same day that payment is received, so this is not uncommon for us to do.
All
of our currency and coins are shipped out using 6 x 9 Manila envelopes
sandwiched between 2 pieces of sturdy index card stock paper, with a
flat rate of $1.90. All of our other items are packaged accordingly
depending upon what the item is. For shipping rates on those items,
please check in the description.
We
offer refunds upon request and ONLY
if the item has been severely mis-represented or is damaged while in
transit to you. While we do offer this refund, it is imperative that we
receive the item back before we can proceed with refunding. Please
contact us about the item to let us know to expect it for refund. We
can also exchange the item if need be, instead of refunding, the choice
belongs to you, the customer. Any currency refunds that we make will be
checked with our records here to make sure that it is the same piece
that we sent out. All other items will have a mark on them that may be
undetectable by you, but we will check to verify that it is the same
item. We have never had to issue a refund in our 2+ years of selling
online and we hope to keep this record going well into the future.
